Appalachia Service Project

 

In July 2019, a group of adults and youth from the Cornwall United Methodist Church and Community is traveling for a week long Appalachia Service Project mission trip. 

 

The purpose of the Appalachia Service Project 

is to make homes warmer, safer, and drier. 

 

ASP is more than a building program; it’s a relationship ministry. We  spend time interacting with the families we’ve been assigned to serve, other volunteers, and our own group. 

 

We hope to return home stronger, wiser, and closer to God having learned lessons that enrich our faith for the rest of our lives.
